We prepare federal and California income tax returns for corporations, S-corporations, LLCs, partnerships and nonprofit organizations. A CPA prepares or reviews every return before it's filed.

Returns we prepare

• C-corporations: federal Form 1120 and California Form 100

• S-corporations: federal Form 1120-S and California Form 100S

• Partnerships and multi-member LLCs: federal Form 1065 and California Form 565 or 568

• Single-member LLCs: California Form 568, with the activity reported on the owner's return

• Nonprofits: federal Form 990 series and California Form 199

Deadlines for calendar-year businesses

• S-corporations and partnerships: March 15

• C-corporations: April 15

• Nonprofits: May 15

An extension gives you more time to file. It doesn't give you more time to pay.

What to bring

Your year-end profit and loss statement and balance sheet, or access to your bookkeeping software. Also bring bank and credit card statements, payroll reports, 1099s you issued or received, records of equipment or vehicle purchases, and last year's return if you're new to us.
