We prepare financial statements, analyze cash flow, build pro forma projections and provide ongoing financial reporting for small and mid-sized businesses. Owners use this work to get loans, plan growth, bring in investors and make decisions with real numbers.
Financial statement preparation
Balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows, prepared by a CPA from your books, plus any supporting schedules a lender or investor asks for. Common uses include loans and lines of credit, lease renewals, bonding, bringing in a partner and preparing to sell. If your books need cleanup first, we'll handle that.
Cash flow analysis
A profitable business can still run out of cash. We look at when money comes in compared with when you pay vendors, payroll, rent, debt and taxes, including seasonal swings. You'll see your cash position month by month, what's putting pressure on it, and practical options such as changing payment terms, timing purchases or using a line of credit.
Pro forma financial modeling
Projected income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for a specific plan, monthly for the first year and then annually, with break-even analysis and conservative, expected and best-case scenarios. Common uses include SBA and bank loan applications, new locations, buying or selling a business, raising money and major purchases. Every assumption is written down, so a lender can see where each number comes from.
Business reporting and analysis
Monthly or quarterly reports on revenue, margins, overhead and cash, compared with last year and your budget, plus a regular meeting with a CPA to go over the results. We help answer questions like: Which services or customers make money? Can we afford to hire? Why are we profitable on paper but short on cash? It's CFO-level oversight, scaled to a small business.
